63-летний зять забил насмерть 62-летнюю тещу

Тула. 27 августа. ТУЛЬСКИЕ ИЗВЕСТИЯ – Завершено расследование уголовного дела 63-летнего местного жителя, сообщает пресс-служба СУ СК РФ по Тульской области. 

Установлено, что 24 июня 2014 года обвиняемый, находясь в квартире, где проживал совместно с сожительницей и ее 62-летней матерью, распивал с последней спиртное. Впоследствии между ними завязалась ссора, в ходе которой "зять" избил женщину. Мужчина нанес пострадавшей множественные удары ногами по голове и другим частям тела. От полученных травм потерпевшая скончалась на месте происшествия. 

Следствием собрана достаточная доказательственная база, в связи с чем уголовное дело вместе с утвержденным обвинительным заключением направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу.
