Активисты ОНФ представили проект «Профстажировки» студентам Тульского госуниверситета

Активисты регионального отделения Общероссийского народного фронта рассказали о программе «Профстажировки» участникам молодежной стратегической сессии. Мероприятие проходило в стенах крупнейшего вуза региона – Тульского государственного университета. В формате круглого стола активисты ОНФ поговорили с молодыми людьми о наиболее волнующих проблемах.

Представители ОНФ обсудили со студентами вопрос, который сейчас для них является наиболее важным - будущее трудоустройство. К тому же, порой возникает ситуация, когда к выпускному курсу студент осознает, что ошибся с выбором специальности, и, на самом деле, его призвание в другом. Вариант решения этой проблемы в своем докладе предложила член регионального отделения ОНФ Ника Сергеева. Она сама – студентка медицинской кафедры госуниверситета, учится и уже работает медсестрой в одной из городских клиник. У Ники совпали и желание, и призвание. Лечить людей она хотела с детства. Теперь считает своей задачей помочь юношам и девушкам не ошибиться с выбором будущей специальности.

«Зачастую ребята поступают в медицинские вузы или колледжи, но вскоре понимают, что это не для них. Хуже, когда диплом уже на руках. На учебу потрачены силы и время, а желания лечить людей нет. Мы предлагаем четыре ступени развития медицинского волонтерства. Начинать нужно со школы, рассказывать ребятам о профессии. А в вузах - ввести систему наставничества, когда со студентами будут делиться опытом врачи и медсестры, причем как в теории, так и на практике», - озвучила предложение Ника Сергеева.     

Общественники подробно рассказали студентам о разработанном Общероссийским народным фронтом проекте «Профстажировки», в рамках которого активисты ОНФ регулярно устраивают акцию «Дни в профессии». В Тульской области мероприятие уже с успехом проходило ранее. Желающих поучаствовать в нем оказалось немало. В этом году в апреле акция пройдет снова. Школьники разного возраста, а также студенты первых курсов посетят несколько тульских промышленных предприятий. Побывают в цехах, посмотрят готовую продукцию, пообщаются с мастерами.
